Ascott Ireo City Gurugram lined up for a 2026 debut

The Ascott Limited has named Ascott Ireo City Gurugram among the openings that will grow its operating portfolio in India from seven to 11 properties, looking ahead to 2026. It will be the first property in India under the Ascott namesake brand.

The serviced residence sits at the heart of Ireo City in Sector 59, above the Ireo City Central retail destination. No exact opening date has been announced.

About 6,100 units across 22 operating and pipeline properties after three signings in early 2025
